As a cold kitchen chef Grade manager chef you would be overseeing the culinary operations in the grade manager section by following @tel standards and procedures.
Also responsible to create exceptional cuisine for the cold kitchen section of banquet menu as well as for other food and beverage outlets.
Responsible for managing the food production and quality control for all meat , fish , fowl and other food items prepared in the cold kitchen.
Take care of all physical aspects of cold kitchen operation , supervision , preparation and serving of food , equipment maintenance and cleaning , quality control and cleanliness of work area.
Prepares all cold food according to recipes , guidelines and standards set by the executive chef or @tel standards.
Always keep all refrigeration , equipment , storage and working areas in clean , working condition in order to comply with health department regulations.
Visually inspects , selects and uses only food items of the highest standard in the preparation of all menu items.
Candidate must be physically and mentally fit.
Candidate must have good communication skills and can read and speak English.
Salary will be 4000 AED.
