Job Description
Candidate must be customer-focus with the ability to manage the requirements of the Departments internal customers as well as its external clients.
Candidate must be microsoft proficient.
Candidate must be good in communication verbal and writing.
Keep problem solving skills to deal with day to day concerns.
Conflict management to handle conflict between the team members.
Candidate must have a minimum 2 years of experience in managing and supervising the team on a supervisory level.
Driving license is must
SIRA Certificate is preferred.
Candidate must carry out day to day security operation by implementing the set procedures, policies and work instruction in timely and orderly manner.
Visit sites on a regular basis to ensure that operational work instructions, procedures and policies are in practice and adhered by all staff correctly.
Respond to the emergencies in a timely manner and apply mitigation action plan accordingly.
Be on a call on a 24X7 for any emergencies occurring at work locations.
Review documents such as security log book etc. to ensure that relevant documents are filled correctly.
Act as an assessor for all security staff and observe performance of the security staff to ensure that they are following procedures and work instructions correctly.
Verify staff knowledge , acknowledgment and signature on the communication notices and updated instructions from the management.
Provide feedback to the staff on areas of improvement and prepare an action plan.
Act as point of contact for any investigations involving security , to prepare reports and note follow up actions.
Provide weekly report with the findings to the line manager.
Report any significant security breaches to the line manager and supervisor.
Undertakes full investigation.
Recommend course of action in consultation with line manager.
Perform any additional task assign by the line manager.
Salary will be 3000-3500 AED.
