Job Description

Candidate must ideally @ld bachelor degree in a related discipline ( must be duly attested by MOFA and UAE embassy.

Candidate must be customer-focus with the ability to manage the requirements of the departments internal customers as well as its external clients.

Candidate must be Microsoft proficient.

Good in communication verbal and writing.

Keep problem solving skills to deal with day to day concerns.

Conflict management to handle conflict between the team members.

A minimum of 3 years in providing operational support to in a fast paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years in managing and supervising the team on a managerial level.

Security manager training certificate by SIRA required.

UAE Driving license required.

To carry out day to day security operation, sales department and quality and training department by implementing the set security procedures , policies and work instruction in timely and orderly manner.

Handling and resolving customer complaints.

Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.

Plan and develop the overall security strategy for the company.

Meet and exceeds operation targets.

Proactively pursue new business opportunities.

Analytical and negotiates skills.

Design , implement and monitor the quality assurance formats and standards.

Design , approve , and evaluate all training programs, and training materials.

Meet all client agreed upon KPIs and performance parameters.

Ability to observe , analyze and give constructive feedback.

Conduct and analyze TNA(Training Needs Analysis) for quality assurance team and provide quarterly / annual training plan to develop QA skills.

Provide feedback to section managers on training/ coaching requirement for their employees.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all required KPIs are met.

To identify areas of development and under performance and take corrective actions.

To be a single point of contact with the team and the senior management through effective communication on key deliverables.

To ensure quality reporting and work with operations to build highly effective measurement and reward system based on data.

Participate in client monitoring and QA programs.

Identifying client expectations and needs.

Build QA action plans based on clients needs and expectations.
